We suggest taking one to two capsules three times a day, one hour before a meal, with at least one glass of water. Please remember that the capsule must be swallowed whole. It’s important to remember that the effective dosage might be different for each person, and it can range from 1 to 2 capsules per dose, up to a maximum of 6 capsules, 3 times a day. You can increase the dosage every three days by one capsule per meal until you feel less hungry and less eager to eat between meals. We kindly ask you to please do not exceed the maximum dosage. We recommend that you do not use Lucovital Max Strength for longer than 30 days in one treatment period. The good news is that treatment can be resumed after 4 days.
