It’s a topical ointment that rubs easily into the skin to treat diaper rash. Here’s what’s in it:Active Ingredients: We’ve got titanium dioxide, titanium peroxide, and titanium salicylate in the blend. The titanium dioxide and titanium peroxide are 20% and 5% by weight, respectively. The titanium salicylate is 3% by weight. And, as always, there are some other lovely ingredients in there, too. Dimethicone 350, Light Liquid Paraffin, Tincture of Benzoin, and White Soft Paraffin Directions: We want to make sure you have the best experience possible, so please take a moment to read these instructions carefully. Once you remove the soiled nappy, gently clean and wash the affected area, and then dry it with a soft towel. After you’ve washed your hands, just dab a tiny bit (about the size of a pea) of Metanium Ointment onto the sore spot with your fingertip. It’s important to spread it thin so you can see the skin texture through it. You can repeat this process at each diaper change to help soothe and heal the skin. Just a heads-up: if your little one has sensitive skin, it’s best to avoid Metanium Ointment. It’s not very common, but there’s a chance that Metanium Ointment might cause skin irritation. If you experience any unusual effects, it’s always best to check in with your pharmacist or doctor. If your symptoms don’t go away, don’t worry!
