Hey, I wanted to let you know that there’s 100 ml of liquid in each composition. To make this wonderful concoction, you will need 15 milliliters of bitter herb extract (1:1.5-2.5; extractant: ethanol 50% v/v), 10 milliliters of angelica root extract (1:2.5-3.5; extractant: ethanol 30% v/v), 20 milliliters of chamomile flower extract (1:2-4; extractant: ethanol 30% v/v), 10 milliliters of caraway fruit extract (1:2.5-3.5; extractant: ethanol 30% v/v), and 10 milliliters of milk thistle fruit extract (1:2).You’ll need 5-3.5 milliliters of extractant (ethanol 30% v/v), 10 milliliters of lemon balm leaf extract (1: 2.5-3.5; extractant – ethanol 30% v/v), and 5 milliliters of peppermint leaf extract (1: 2.5-3).You’ll need 5 milliliters of extractant (ethanol 30% v/v), 10 milliliters of celandine herb extract (1: 2.5-3.5; extractant – ethanol 30% v/v), and 10 milliliters of licorice root extract (1: 2.5-3.5; extractant – ethanol 30% v/v). Iberogast is made up of 29.5-32.6% (v / v) ethanol. It’s an all-around helper! It’s great at reducing inflammation, gas, and more. It can even help soothe your tummy and stop those pesky intestinal spasms. Plus, it keeps your stomach from making too much of that nasty gastric juice. Dosage: As long as your doctor hasn’t told you otherwise, you can take Iberogast three times a day. Just add a small amount of liquid to it, and it’s ready to go! You can take it before or during your meals. For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, we suggest using 20 drops. We warmly welcome children between the ages of 6 and 12!
